Rachel Grazda, DPT
Rachel enjoys getting to know each patient beyond their diagnosis so that she can assist them in restoring function, preventing future injuries, and living a healthier life. She uses a holistic approach and evidence-based practice when evaluating, treating, and educating her patients. She will incorporate each patient’s interests and personal goals to create an individualized plan of care to maximize their independence and optimize their quality of life. She enjoys treating and interacting with patients of various ages and diagnoses. Her goal is to help others restore confidence, mobility, and independence in their daily lives and/or sporting and recreational activities.
Rachel enjoys staying active by hiking, running, working out, and playing golf. When she is not working, she travels and spends time with her husband, family, friends, and dogs.
