Michele Norton, NP
The most rewarding aspect of being a healthcare provider in orthopedics is helping patients gain back their confidence in their functional ability. It brings me joy to see my patients work towards a goal and achieve it. I will always be my patients’ biggest cheerleader and support them to their goals.
I love educating patients about their conditions in great detail and discussing their different treatment options. Also, I find it so important to guide patients to make an informed decision that works best for them. My philosophy for providing care is giving patients the tools to help themselves and the positivity and encouragement to empower them to have the best outcomes. I believe that my active listening skills allow me to build trusting relationships with my patients.
I like playing Golf, Volleyball, & Slow-Pitch Softball. I love watching NFL Football, Hiking, Fishing, and Traveling to National Parks (I have been to over 20 national parks). I like trying new restaurants and traveling to new places.
