Dr Tripuraneni did not even take the time to meet with me in May, he sent his PA into tell me my hip was fine. Fast forward 4 months (in terrible pain) and they finally diagnosed me with 2 labral tears, degeneration and bone spurs on my acetabulum. Very disappointing!

Dr. Tripuranneni did my knee replacement back about 8 years ago or so and recuperated in only two weeks without therapy because I didn't need therapy. Amazing recovery

Thank you Dr Tripuraneni for the fantastic job you did on my total knee replacement!!I did not know what to expect at first. Dr Tripuraneni explained to me how my procedure would be done and answered my questions. His Medical Assistant, Lidia also made everything clear and easy to understand. She went over the forms with me. She answered the questions I had.I put my trust and confidence in Dr Tripuraneni. The surgery went very well! I went back for my two week post office visit with Dr Tripuraneni and he gave me a good report!I’m speaking for myself and my own experience. Dr Tripuraneni went above and beyond. He did an excellent job. His work speaks for itself! I am very pleased!Warm regards,Julie Lucas

Kudos. Dr.Tripuraneni, his staff is beyond excellent. I have severe lymphadema and he was able to replace both hips. I can walk now. I was in the most severe pain ever and major issues with my legs due to lymphadema. He worked with me for for a very long time. I thought I was never going to get my hip surgeries and end up in wheel chair. That was not the case. He was able to replace both hips with minimal scarring. Dr. Tripuraneni and Micah are awesome if you have any questions they answer and put you at ease. Lidia, his Medical Assistant- Office Manager is on it. Paperwork that needed to go to my work she had it done immediately. She is always there to help with medication refills (getting Dr.'s to refill asap), questions you need answered, she gets them answered to the best of her knowledge. Lidia always treats you kindly with a smile on her face and a professional manner. I am so happy I was referred to his office. NO REGRETS. Thank you Dr. Tripuraneni and staff you all have saved to my life literally!!!!!!

STOP AND READ. If I could give less than 1 star i would. Dr Trip was completely unconcerned about me and my injury. He seemed more concerned about getting me in and out of his office quickly. The exam took less than 1 minute and he stated "you have great strength, let me know if you want to have by surgery tomorrow" Really? 24 hours to decide if I am going to have surgery with that kind of exam? This guy is a quack! He If fact he suggested that my injury was a pre-existing condition not related to my work injury. I assured him this was not the case, he shook his head as if I was fabricating the story and injury. If you are looking for an Orthopedic Surgeon DO NOT take a chance with some like this who does not have your best interest in mind.

Dr. Trip did the surgery for my broken femur. He and his PA Micah Benson met with me at my request he do the surgery I needed. The surgical staff were great and the anestesiologist was very kind and reassuring to me. I found Dr. Trip to be very pleasant and his hospital and office personnel were polite and willing to answer all my questions. Lydia was especially nice as was Brandon the xray tech who was very careful when moving my injured leg each time an xray was taken. I will recommend Dr. Trip and his staff to anyone looking for the highest quality care.

NM orthopedics is all together horrible, from the long waits, rude front end staff, rude call center staff, last minute schedule change at 415 pm the day before my surgery from several appointments where I spent more time with trainees and interns then my actual surgeon/Dr.His Name is Dr Tripuraneni everyone calls him Dr Trip.He is arrogant, rude, uncaring and Racist. I was Lucky or lets say unlucky enough to see him for more then 5 mins total for 4 visits. Where each visit he never address any concerns or questions I had. He would say things like looks OK still not sure why things are going like this, let wait and try this for 3days then this for a week. He never really address anything directly. We will see what it looks like later on at your next appointment, If you have problems call us first. Dr Trip seems to care more about sweeping problems underneath the rug then address them like a professional. His nurses were ok for the most part during the surgery, his nurses for aftercare and everyday visitsare horrible lydia especially. I should have waited the extra couple weeks and went with UNM. I will never forget the mistreatment. I ended up with Metal hardware in my body that caused and infection. It was always pawn me off to an intern or covering Dr. Finally New Mexico orthopedic own PT team realized something was wrong months later so there are waiting for me to figure out what was the next step. I would never reference Dr Tripuraneni as someone who is Good Dr or even Good Basic orthopedic surgeon due to his lacks of Qualities that would make him a good Human being much less a Dr. I've had other injuries and there is much better care out there other then New Mexico Orthopedics. The wait is well worth it at UNM or other private practicing Drs.#botchedbutcherTrip. your oath about caring for people should be on your computer screen every time you look at your Personal Stats. How good are you when your hurting people. Physically, mentally, spirituality. Who wants a Dr that hurts people. No one I know. Your staff is tired of you making them carry on your negativity. Your staff is tired of the arrogantce. I'm the best at what I do! This doesn't pertain to you if you countinue to treat clients the way you do. You do whatever you want to staff and clients alike many people have seen your behavior. There always someone watching. Staff, clients, they have all seen you do the things you do on a daily basis. You being upset made it worse for you me the client. I've heard so many times over and over comments like this, "Dr Trip likes it when his clients are asleep on the operating table where they can't bother me." Ha Ha Ha. Don't work here with these people at NM orthopedics, don't bring them your business. I'm sure a 5star reply will come from a family member or friend of the family. If you really have 5 🌟 for New Mexico Orthopedics you never been here as clients or a worker. Not with Dr Tripuraneni and Lydia. I quit and moved on to better things. I hope the Board and the law get involved with him and his staff and there mistreatment.
